When we started putting together the 2003-2004 season, we did not consciously set out to create "a season of firsts." We simply began to put together a series of top-quality professional entertainment for you. The kind of entertainment you would otherwise have to drive to a major city to enjoy, but without the travel, the parking and the expense.
This series has everything, from the contemporary chamber music of People magazine's "most beautiful" Ahn Trio to the gypsy music of Hot Club of San Francisco to the classic tale of "Rigoletto." We've incorporated it all for you: classic playwrights to contemporary poets, symphonic music to modern classic composers, artists of our past to the new fresh faces of tomorrow.
As representatives of the Community Arts Council and the Celebrity Artist Series, we invite you to attend every program in this exciting series. Subscriptions to all 18 performances in the Celebrity Artist Series, Concerts and Carver and the Piano Series begin as little as $10 per ticket. If you haven't subscribed in the past, we look forward to welcoming you to this great series. That would be another "first."
