Please, be aware that we schedule the Performing Arts Facilities 12-18 months in advance. You are asked to make your request atleast 5 working days in advance of your needs (two weeks in preferred). If you are unable to request within these timelines, technical assistance cannot be guaranteed and your request may not be confirmed.

Please, be advised that your request for space is not guaranteed until you have received confirmation from the Director of the Performing Arts Facilities. If you have any questions regarding these guidelines or should want to speak to the Director of the Performing Arts Facilities, please, give me a call at (570) 389-4291.

Costs
All amenities require a qualified/trained operator (supplied by the Performing Arts Facilities). Use of this operator may result in charges of $6.75 per hour.
