The primary goal of Catholic Campus Ministry (CCM) is to incorporate religious beliefs and values into everyday campus life by means of services, programs, and activities for the entire Bloomsburg community.
Our goal is achieved, first and foremost, by gathering members of the Catholic Church from the Bloomsburg Campus to form a community of faith that will:
1) appropriate the faith;
2) form a Christian conscience;
3) facilitate personal development;
4) develop future leaders.
With these intentions in mind, CCM embraces the hope that all individuals will be empowered by the Spirit to recognize their own dignity and worth and to reach out to others in campus to collaborate in building God’s kingdom of love and justice.
CCM supports students of all needs, so that everyone can feel welcome as a part of CCM and as a young adult growing in faith.
The Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg has been supporting Catholic faith formation at Bloomsburg since 1965.
