Q. What kinds of shows are available at WBUQ?
A. WBUQ DJ's can host any type of show they would like. Besides music shows such as punk, metal, urban, classic rock, jazz, country, alternative and all the other genres we have not mentioned, a DJ can host a talk show or sports show.

Q. Can WBUQ take callers live for requests or to debate about a topic on air?
A. Yes, WBUQ has the capabilities to take callers live on the air to enhance your show with listener feedback and song requests.

Q. Does WBUQ have a music library that will allow me to play the kind of music specific to my show?
A. Yes, WBUQ has thousands of songs in the computer that you can use to play during your show.

Q. Can I bring my own CD's to play on my show?
A. Yes, although we like to have our DJs utilize our music library, we do have a dual tray CD player to allow for smooth transitions between songs off CDs.

Q. Since WBUQ is a non-commercial college radio station, is it still held up to the same FCC regulations as all other commercial radio stations...in other words, can we curse on air.
A. F@#$ NO!!!!!! WBUQ is still held to the same FCC regulations as all other commercial radio stations and as such is liable for hefty fines. One fine could shut down WBUQ for good. When in doubt, DO NOT say it.
