Program Board BINGO Event Setup

Do not setup Bingo equipment and AV equipment until one (1) hour prior to the event start time.

Employees MAY NOT participate in Bingo when actively working.

Bingo license information

Our bingo license (it's an entertainment only license - no charge to us) is on the bulletin board in the Director of Student Activities' (Jimmy Gilliland) office. Other CGA groups are covered as long as it's not a fundraiser bingo. Those wishing to do bingo as a fundraiser have to get their own license and pay for it.
