Amanda Hangeland |
The PLP President presides over all meetings and events of the organization throughout the year. S/he also helps organize and implement programs throughout the fall and spring semesters. The President is a person that people can come to with ideas and suggestions. This person works closely with the Program Director. |

Laura Peiffer

The Vice-President is empowered to serve as President in that officer's absence or disability. The vice-president assists the president with activities, organization, keeping meetings running, and anything else that would require assistance. The vice president must also be avaiable to all members, at any time, as a resource for answering questions, helping committees, and planning events. |

Betsy Lacey |
The Secretary is responsible for attending all meetings, taking accurate attendance and minutes, and recording all dates for upcoming events. Minutes serve as a reminder to all PLP students, especially those who could not attend a meeting due to class conflicts. The Secretary also sends minutes out to all members and interested alumni via our private listserv. |

Peter B. Lynch

The Treasurer keeps records of all PLP spending, collects receipts, and reconciles the books with the Program Director. The Treasurer is in charge of all financial paperwork for the PLP group.

Erika Hartz |
The Historian attends all activities and events, takes pictures and creates a scrapbook; s/he is the official PLP photographer. The Historian also complies information, presss releases and articles about our service projects to document the history of the PLP Program. |

Caitlin Flynn |
The Communications Chair works with the Program Director on ensuring that the website and Facebook site information is current. The Communications Chair also attends all activities/events and takes photographs, writes and complies a chronicle of PLP programs, events and community service.

Fall semester....Held in December after the sticky-dot activity, the officers meet to plan out the spring semester's calendar based on members votes. Work teams are constructed to organize events for the spring.
Spring semester....During the first week of May, after the End-of-Year-Banquet, the newly-elected officers meet with the Program Director to organize both the summer and fall event calendars
