Microphone stands & quick clips

Quick Clips are installed on ALL microphone stands and mic clips.

Do not, for any reason, remove the clips! These clips facilitate setups by eliminating the need to unscrew / re-screw mic clips onto any stand or mic clip. Removing the clips essentially quadruples the necessary setup.

Simply push the button that is on the quick clip half that is no the stand to apply and remove mic clips to the stand.

ALL MICS SHOULD BE STORED WITH THEIR CORRESPONDING CLIPS (exceptions below). By leaving the mic clips on the mics themselves and attaching the mic to the stand via the Quick Clip, your setups, tear downs, and chance for human error are significantly reduced.

Regular type 2	In drawer / with mics	Used for EV mics in regular rotation. Advanced/Special use: Can also be used to hold hanging condeser mics (from Ken's office), or lapel mics in special circumstances.
Shock-mount	On table stands	Used for microphones on table stands. Decreases vibration entering the microphone from the mic stand from the tables.
Shure	With Mics	Used for Shure microphones in the Ballroom cabinet.
Tie clip	Not Applicable	Used for wireless lapel / lavalier microphones.
Wireless - Audio-Technica	With mics	Used for the wireless handheld mics in installed sound systems or IMP Station Full+ systems.
Wireless - Shure	With Mics	Used for wireless handheld mics enclosed in the large or small (portable) sound systems.
