Conference Rooms 409, 410 & 411 IMP Stations

Basic Information

The IMP Station contains the following equipment:

  1. One (1) manual projection screen
  2. One (1) ceiling-mounted multimedia projector
  3. One (1) Kramer VP440 Switcher
  4. One (1) PC computer (HP Microsoft Windows 10 64Bit computer)
    • One wireless keyboard and wireless mouse
    • One wireless presentation mouse
    • DVD drive
    • USB 3.0 connections
    • Wired Internet/network connections
    • LCD monitor
    • MS Office 2016 Plus, iTunes
  5. One (1) Panasonic DMP-BD87P-K Blu-Ray video player with remote.
    • Will play BD-Video supporting the region code "A".
    • Will play DVD-Video discs supporting region codes "1" or "ALL".
    • CANNOT play DVD-RAM, Super Audio CD, Photo CD, DVD-Audio, Video CD and Super Video CD, WMA discs, all types DivX discs, HD DVD, BD-Video recorded at rate of 50 fields/sec.
  6. Ceiling-mounted speaker with 35 Watt (Atlas Sound AA35) sound amplifier
  7. One (1) computer / laptop VGA + Audio connection
  8. Two (2) auxiliary HDMI connections.
  9. One rack drawer storing remote controls, presentation mouse, etc.

Setup Considerations

  1. Pull down projection screen (if not already down).
  2. Power on projector using the projector remote (located in IMPS drawer).
  3. Power on device: IMPS computer, IMPS Blu-Ray, user device.
    • IMPS PC login - Use your BU username and password.
    • Connect your device using an HDMI or VGA + Audio cable.
    • Blu-Ray remote located in IMPS drawer.
  4. Select your device source using one of the Kramer Presentation Switcher buttons shown below.
    • DO NOT use the projector remote to change sources. Projector must remain on HDMI 1.

Troubleshooting

Projector must be manually powered on/off using the remote control.
